"Week 36 Build", but Still No Production Date?

As the title says...

My sales guy is telling me that I was supposed to be a week 36 build (last week), but when I call BMW CR or check "Track Your BMW", it still says no production date is available...

I have found my CA to be a more reliable source of info than 1-800......

Online tracking is a little delayed....call your sales guy...he should have the info.

PS: Mine was week 36 and it's currently sitting at the harbour waiting for a ship....

Ya I just checked with him this morning; for him it shows order has been accepted and set for week 36 build...

That's odd because week 36 was last week....

The production dates can slip. Mine slipped at least 3 or 4 times. Sounds like yours did, otherwise it would be in production or done by now if a week 36.

Your CA needs to double check.

Call the 800 number and talk to a few different people. I have found out that they have multiple screens of data, but if they don't look at anything but the main screen, there is often not much info there. Ask them for the Order Status Code...that should require them look up more info...

Yep, they should be able to answer any questions except "why". If they don't tell you something like build week or status, just call again and get someone more willing to share.

Thanks guys. Just called again and got an estimated week of production which is 41. If that's true, the week build would be about 40

Just had my CA look it up. Im status 112 Scheduled for daily prod pack. Confirmed prod 2014/09 wk 39.

Same options as you but MG exterior and full SO interior.
