Bootmod3 and coding question?

Hello, I'm new to bootmod3 but looking to purchase today and flash. I already have the needed ODB to laptop wire. I have a question as far as coding goes. My car is coded so there's no seatbelt ding, brighter lights, DVDs can be played while driving ect. If I flash the Bootmod3 tune will it override or delete my coding? Thank you. John
