$68k

Dealer wouldn't budge on price since they just got it in. Didn't wanna miss out on the exact spec I tried ordering last year but couldn't since there wasn't any allocations left.

Purchased July of 2019
Ah yes you paid more than I did for my car brand new 81k sticker. Paid 66k. Regardless if you're happy doesn't matter what you paid.

Garage List
Emailed a CA BMW dealer and inquired about a car they had on the lot listed for $45k. I sent an email asking if they had the car they replied back they did and asked me if I had any questions. I told the sales guy I was interested if they would negotiate below $40k... I also told them I would finance through the dealership and purchase an extended warranty.

I was told their prices are fixed and they don't negotiate.. ha! Somehow I think that's bullshit. If I offered them 43 they would've said yes. I guess that dealership doesn't like lowballs...

Car was a decently optioned 2017 6speed with 40k mikes

Anyone think it's realistic to get a car like that under $40?

On a 2018 M3 with low miles (in excellent shape with no accidents) you won’t get into it under $50K

40k is a big overreach.

Shoot for $10k. Maybe even suggest they pay you to take it off their hands?

But seriously you probably won't even get a reply if you offer $40k as that is clearly not a reasonable offer.

I've read sum of the earlier post on here, and those who think they're getting a MY18 for $40k are completely delusional.
Cheers

I’m working a similar deal in Toronto right now. I’m still better off after paying to import and ship it back to Virginia.

Not on market but just pointing what I saw

No longer listed but saw a 2017 Sakir Orange M3 with 29k miles go for $46k and drop to $44k in a week. Looked like sat on lot for more than 90 days per Free Carfax. 3 owners and looked to be fully loaded Competition pack in PA. Was damn tempting cause similar cars wasn't as well configured or went for $52k+

I just picked this up:
2020 M4 competition w/500 miles
DCT
San Marino with Silverstone extended leather
Executive package, heated steering wheel, blind spot
Carbon spoiler
$65995 for it from a BMW dealer.

Customer leased it in March but decided he didn't like the color.

I was looking at that one, BMW of Davenport if I recall. $66k was a great price for a brand new car, I called them thinking it was a manual but alas it was not.

You’ll have to post some pics!

Keep watching I suspect you're going to see those cars continue to dip even lower. Dealers are still going to move some of these cars but they're not going to move as quickly and prices will continue to drop to entice buyers who are on the fence. Dealerships fantasies that they can keep charging freecoronavirus pricing is ridiculous...
