So anyone interested in a set of 666s??? What sort of price are they worth with the rubber? They are spotless and treated with crystal serum. Approx 2000 miles on them.

Needs to be enough to get a set of 437s with tyres.

I've kept mine. Got a set of Cup 2's going on them for track use Shall put the current tyres (which are just about trade in-able) back on before trade in car.

First lot of 437M's I got for £1,100 and are absolutely spotless (absolute credit to the original owner). Winters are on them ready for cold spells. Second set have one tiny mark on one of the fronts I won't worry about - with decent set of front PSS and knackered rears (well they had 4 mm and I knackered them a bit more in a few days), they were £1,500. Just have to keep an eye out as they do come up.

Just swapped to 437M for Winter with Alpins ... love the look of both winter and summer.....

437s treated with Gtechniq, new tyres need cleaning after fitting... Shame the weather is so cloudy for decent photos...

Very nice, just popped out to the shops and went over the moor as it's snowing for some fun.

You got to love winter tyres!

With you on winters now, car will hit 40k before you need to change summer rears....

Lol, got the summers in the garage 3.5mm all round after 23k, the winters come with 9mm so they'll be everlasting!

Cars were all over the place on the moor, sliding off the road unable to get up small inclines etc...

Quite a few 4x4 caught out by having a bit of traction but zero braking/steering on the steep down hill sections.

My TC didn't flicker once although I couldn't have a play due to the other cars.

well i've just come back from a country road blast after seeing a client and had a very fast and spritted drive there and back. shit, this car is so good. you wouldn't need much more power, that's for sure the temperature was only 4 degrees and i'm still on summer tyres too. I had plenty of grip. no wheel spinning or sliding at all. a few times I thought f*ck, i'm not going to make that corner at this speed but she just went round like I was on rails I reckon you just need to get them nicely warmed up before playing and they will be fine over winter

don't think ive ever bought winter tyres come to think of it...

I know you guys t'up north will get a bit of snow and ice so winters make sense, but we never get any snow here in essex

I also love the fact you have so much confidence in your new winters that you are able to take a photo while driving at 23 mph in what can only be described as a blizzard!!

I am really tempted to do this but I love the 666 wheels.. Mine is broken at the mo, new shock absorber needed as it's knocking from the rear.

And there was me thinking I'd put my 666's in my warehouse for safe keeping...

Hankook Evo2 W320 fitted yesterday to the 437s.

Feel good so far and just in time for a sub-zero start in Manchester this morning.

Never had Hankooks before; let's hope they last more than half an hour...

These are the ones I was going for and recommended after hours of research! Only reason I didn't was because I got a set of 2nd hand new Vredesteins for 1/2 the price so they've gone on my winter 437's instead.

Still too warm down south to worry about winters yet!

Yes, I ordered these on Guy's recommendation

Pennies over £600 delivered for the set from Camskill, plus £60 for fitting yesterday.

I finally got a set of Vredestein Wintrac Xtreme S fitted today on my 437M's. I'm actually looking forward to a bit of snow arriving now instead of dreading it
