Lease Takeover: 2018 F80 M3 ZCP DCT Black Sapphire Metallic (low miles!)

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 725.00

Item Interest
Up for lease transfer is my 2018 F80 M3 Comp. The car has been babied throughout my ownership. I originally flew down and picked the car up in LA, then drove it back to the Bay Area where it's lived a wonderful life. Being an avid enthusiast (and somewhat of a sufferer of OCD) I have really taken great care of the car. It's never ever been through a car wash. I kept it garaged from Day 1, had a full ceramic coat applied, and have always hand washed using the two-bucket method.

I have never tracked the car, although I wish I had the chance to. It's a great example of a well taken care of lease. I treat it like I own it. Low miles on this one, 12k to this day and I bought it in April 2019.

Specs:
Model Year - 2018
Transmission - DCT
Paint - Black Sapphire Metallic
Interior - Black
Options:
Executive Package - Heated Steering Wheel, PDC, Adaptive Full LED Headlights, Side & Top View Cameras, Paring Assistant, HUD
Competition Package - 20" 666M Wheels, Adaptive Suspension, Shadowline Trim
Heated Front & Rear Seats
Blind Spot Detection
Wireless Carplay
WiFi Hotspot
Harmon Kardon Sound System

Modifications:
Car Pro ceramic coat
15% tint all around
M Performance Carbon front splitters
Carbon rear trunk lip (not pictured)
Full screen CarPlay

Lease breakdown:
36mo 30k miles
Current Miles ~12000
Lease ends Mar 31, 2022
Base monthly payment $725 ($790 for me w/ taxes)
Asking for $3k down payment.

Let me know if you have any questions. We would go directly through BMW Financial, their lease takeover process is second to none. Buyer is responsible for $500 transfer fee. More pics available if needed.
