It definitely takes some time for a platform to hit its peak stride. It takes some gains and failures to figure out what works and what doesn't, as well as where the limits are.

Especially considering the S55 is in the F8x and the M2 C and CS, the support for the platform will only grow.

This actually stronger and lighter than regular carbon? Or just for esthetics?

This version looks nicer with the splintered carbon. All the others I’ve seen look like burled wood. lol Reminds me of galvanized steel.

It’s heavier. Picked up a Huracan engine cover and was shocked at the weight.
