ISTA+ How to recalibrate EDC/ Adaptive Suspension?

I need to recalibrate the EDC (Damping Control or Adaptive Suspension) on a F82. I have replaced the stock shockers/ struts with Bilstein B6 Damptronics.

I have just downloaded ISTA+.

Can someone please advise or some guidance as to how to do this?
I also have a fully working copy of ESys/ Launcher Pro; can this be used instead?

Any help would be much appreciated…
