As stated - had a LOT of interest and took the messages as they came in. Several people said 'I'll take it' - which doesn't equate to a deposit or otherwise. Sorry if you feel slightly - certainly not purposeful. Cheers!

That is certainly not how this works 99% of the time here. In a scenario after buyers commitment, we are discussing the pickup date/time and you then decide to sell to someone else? Shitty move to say the least, however that's on you.
