Decent, but you might be able to do better. CPO adds some value, not everything out there is a CPO'd vehicle. Looks like the market is pretty soft right now, I'm following a bunch of 2017's and 2018's on cargurus and many prices have been decreased in the past month with cars not moving.

It's an interesting market. I was looking at a bunch of 2017 cars until I gave up and ordered a 2020. The resale on the DCT cars is much lower than the 6MT cars. I realize it's due to the low volume of 6MT cars out there. Look at the carfax to see when the car was first sold. Some MY2017 cars are quite a bit older than others. There can be a year of age between 2 similar cars that are both MY2017. There is always room to go lower from whatever is listed.
