Gents,

Looking to part ways with my M3. It has been great, a real joy to drive and to own but I am now in a different season in life. My wife and I purchased the car new in June 2016 new from BMW of Asheville. In the past few months, my work commute has changed and we also have a son now (4 months), so the car doesn't get driven very often (and the wifey wants an SUV). It has been a garage queen, literally only seen the rain maybe 5 times. I have a GMC Sierra that I use as a daily, so I tend to drive the F80 maybe 1-2 times a week.

Anyway, here are the facts:

SO/SO
Full Leather
Black 19's
Lighting package
Executive package
Enhanced BT package
13,200 miles

-Car is still under factory warranty.
-All service done by Hendrick BMW of Charlotte.
-Washed via 2 bucket method with foam cannon and wash pad (@ObsessedGarage technique)
-Paint is polished and corrected twice a year with Menzerna polish, Jescar -Powerlock, and Collinite 845 wax.

Car is paid in full. I have title clean and clear.

Asking $54,000

NADA Clean Trade in is $51,825
NADA Clean Retail is $55,375
KBB Very Good Private Party - $48,869 - $53,176
KBB Excellent Private Party - $49,771 - $54,108
Market value seems to be between $53k-56k for similar spec'd car.

Car is beautiful but I think your price is going to be tough given the market. Try a trade in value and get 2-3k on top.
