2016 M4 MG/SO DCT, 615 a month

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 615.00

Location:
✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
Got a baby on the way, so i am thinking of getting rid of my m4 and lease a m3 probably.

Just got the car for 3 month, right now mileages is 14k miles
Did a pretty good break in.

UPDATE! Decided to put it up for lease takeover again since i dont think i can settle with a cheap SUV and keep the m4. Gotta sell the m4 and get a good SUV. Cash incentive increased to 3k due to mileages and i giving all the cosmetic mod away for free (wheel not included)

the lease is fully transferrable even with corporate fleet program.
UPDATE: The cash incentive is now 3k with all CF goodies (worth probably at least 2000, front lip/splitter is not included since my wife scraped it opps, rim is not included but will sell it at good price if assumer want it with the car)
That is the best offer i can give the whole day, please do not contact him if you want any more incentive, the answer is NO

My baby is coming this AUG, so i am not in a big hurry.!

The msrp on the car is: 75995, mineral grey with SO extended leather interior + 1k worth of half clear bra + window tint rolled into the lease

DCT
Exc Pkg
M adaptive suspension
Black 437 Rim
Black grill
Carbon roof
Carbon interior trim

Lease term is 36month/10k a year
Contract Start Date 9/26/2016
Contract End Date 9/26/2019

current payoff: $63xxx, willing to sell the car for 60k

I had pretty good discount on the car and also used corporate fleet program (discount + lowering the money factor) combined with lease incentive to get this low montly payment

My monthly is 744.47 before tax, buyer needs to give back my MSD which is 5950 (my monthly after tax is 800.5 which got rounded to 850 when calculating the MSD)

Incentive:
3k cash which would bring the monthly even lower to 620!
Window tint
Half hood/fender clear bra done by dealer
LoJack
PSM trunk spoiler
Replica M performance front lip + side skirt + diffuser (diffuser not installed yet)
Carbon fiber mirror cover (still on the way lol)
Carbon fiber front bumper insert
Carbon fiber canard

I will put the car back to stock when transferring the lease but we can discuss about the mods
Stock rim is 100% i swapped with TE37 at 200miles!

So buyer will be responsible for my MSD which is 5950 (this will be refunded to you at lease end) plus 500 lease transfer fee minus my cash incentive 1500

I also have
TE37 19inch Diamond black with center caps for sale at 3k (not included for lease takeover, do have curb damage on two of the wheels)

MSD is actually a good thing to do. You save 60 dollars a month for the span of 36 months. thats 2200 dollars in 3 years, pretty good return of 37%

Yeah but a lot of lease assumer do not really want to pay the MSD..Honestly, unless someone put a huge downpayment on a lease and not wanting it back, my lease payment would be pretty low already.

Sorry to share this but you can not lease transfer a fleet discount lease. If you think different then please contact bmwfs to be certain.

Thank for your input.
However I'm pretty sure fleet program is tranferrable .
It's just the same discount as college new grad or USAA discount (you can't combine). It's just 1500 additional discount you probably confuse it with some other fleet progeam (commercial maybe? It's a personal car)
You have fleet program for either buy/finance/lease.
Bmw already made the money once sold the car and the fleet program documentation never mention this part as well.

Thanks for the info, I will double check as well
