BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
2016 BMW M3 Lease Takeover (Los Angeles):

**PENDING** 7/25/17

$731.86 per Month Plus Tax

Currently 2500 miles with 25 months remaining
(1250 Avg Miles per Month remaining)

Competition Package and Executive Package MSRP $75,995

The residual is 67%. Buying out right isn't in the math.

Current buyout $66,297.20
Residual $49,249

I do have a MSDs at $5600 which I would like back.

Many have been willing to take the car without paying the MSD. this makes an effective monthly of $507 with over 1300 miles per month. I'm sorry but I'd rather keep it under those conditions.

I believe I have a 67% residual so a buyout isn't really in the cards.

Current buyout $67,040
Residual $49,249

I do have a MSDs at $5600 which I would like back.
$500 Credit Application Fee

Escrow Service would be used to hold the MSDs until a Lease transfer is completed.

Blackvue 650S Dual Channel Installed.

I selected a 2016 for the better warranty and maintenance package. I believe the warranty is transferable (4 years), the maintenance could be transferred, but I believe that it costs a few hundred to do. Selling because I barely drive it, and could put the money elsewhere.
now that we have a buyout added to the post, are there any incentives?

I PM'd you but no response so thought I'd post here in case there are issues with receiving/sending PM's.

Sorry I did not respond. I've had numerous PM's and haven't responded to them all yet .

No incentives unfortunately, it's a fair priced lease with 27,000 miles remaining.

not a problem! getting bombarded with responses is a good thing I suppose!

I'm looking to purchase, so if you get aggressive at all with the sale please let me know.

It's a good lease cause of the MSD which you will or want to get back.
Other than that, what's stopping anyone from going to the dealer and doing the same?
I think you should def throw some incentives brotha and I'm sure you'll get it out quick

Be careful asking about incentives, some folks around here are pretty grouchy when it comes to their beloved Ms. Some believe they're doing you favor by letting you take over the leased car they're stuck in (not the OP of this thread).

Well since I'm behind on miles it's does have a slight incentive. It's essentially a 12k year lease for the price of a 10k, I don't think the residual will ever be 67% again.

So i doubt someone could walk in and ask for MSD + 0 down and get the monthly. Let's not forget about paying the inception fees that go with it as well. I think it's a very fair lease.

To compare to other leases on here, this one is going to cost a total of 19,899 (plus tax), or $.72 cents per mile. (Total/miles available).

That's not bad!

You're warning people about people who are reasonable? Who in their right mind would offer $15k in incentives on assuming a lease. OP's offer is very reasonable. Rare combo, clean car, behind on miles and asking only for MSDs back. If this was 9 months from now I'd be all over this.

Ok ladies, y'all chill the f out. If you cannot come up w the MSD's, then you should probably be looking at the honda civic si forums, no offense, you got some other bigger priorities in life (ugh, a savings account?) than trying to buy a car you can't afford.
Now, with that being said, I don't personally find this to be a good deal. It is an OK deal. Not bad, not great. If someone wants to get out of a lease for whatever reason, you will have to lose somewhere, hello, this is life. How great would it be if anyone can just walk away without losing a penny? This just doesn't happen and people looking in this section are looking for DEALS. Period. Otherwise, go look on Truecar or visit your local dealer, you'll get the car of your dreams for the same payment.
My 2 cents. Again no offense, car is gorgeous but no incentive, it's not gonna move.

Just so I know, what do you consider a "great deal"? Curious.

For the second time this week I'm fed up with the cockiness of people on these forums. I didn't insult or do anything wrong. I asked a question and politely thanked the seller when they declined. Onlookers are trying to teach me a lesson, I guess I learned, Swapalease is where I will shop. Thank you for turning me off
