But Castrol is not a LL grade oil. I was told by the dealer to use 0w-40 for the M car.

FCP Euro does not carry 0w-40, so what grade are you using?

I get the oil from Amazon or Walmart whenever it's on sale. I stock up.

I dispose of old oil at Autozone.

Thanks for posting this. But out cars at least s55 requires 6.9 quarts. How long does it take to change the oil? Most guy let it drain like 5 min plus.

I was just showing you what oil I use, lol.
Obviously I put more than just 5 quarts.

One beauty of changing your own oil is that you can let it drain as long as you like. Changing the oil on this car is super easy, actually.
How long it takes will depend on how long you want to let the oil drain. Otherwise, maybe 30 minutes, including raising and dropping the car? Much more time efficient, IMHO, than driving somewhere to do it.,
I will usually let it drain for a little bit. Last time I changed it, I had to tend to my kids and ended up going back after 2+ hours.

I felt good about that.
