I just went to McKenna and was helped by Israel and Claudia. Although my car came back in great condition, THEY ARE SUPER BUSY AND WILL NOT CALL/ANSWER PHONES for status updates. They may be short staffed at the moment, but it was frustrating. Just know that if you leave your car there, trust they will do a good job and probably call when it’s done.

Claudia took care of me on my last appointment. Her communication from the point that the appointment was made and forward was Great. But it did take a week or so to get a call back to make the appointment. Fortunately, it was just a scheduled maintenance so no biggie. Claudia did a great job and the car came back perfect.

hmm I wonder who this guest was, I may be on my phone when I film things on snap or Instagram, but I'm not on my phone all the time. this week we have been down two advisors. Also whoever has dealt with me has my cell phone not my work phone.

You are absolutely correct, even big companies like BMW partake in a little online dabbling here and there, BMW forums are no strangers to them. This web base platform being designed as an online community, it's fair to say that even service advisors or client advisors are just as much involved as anyone else. To project and say that "service advisors" can get in trouble based on speculation is odd to me, because there is nothing offsetting in this thread to warrant such an accusation.

Ha. I’m not mad. Israel and Claudia were really cool! Israel was actually very knowledgeable and also had an f80 so he knew what was up. It was just hard to get someone on the phone for the two weeks that my car was there. I spoke with Mike, who I found out was my old friend I haven’t seen in 16 years, and he said they were severely short staffed. No worries. I’ll still go there.
