OEM amplifier replacement from F82 to F83

Hi all -

My OEM amp went out and I'm trying to find a replacement that won't require coding. I have a 2015 F83 convertible M4. If I replace with an amp from an F82, will it require coding?

Hi,

I'd assume you will given that you have two less channels, owing to the omission of the parcel shelf speakers on the convertible.
