Black Sapphire F82 M4 Competition 2017 LCI
Hi, I have just finished my project. This is the M4 manual I have since new and it is 28k miles, no accident nor bump history, all paint is still from the factory, covered with a mix of PPF and ceramic coating since new.
I have just finalized modifying it, at least for now. There have been the following changes and service actions taken, majority of them recently but a few of them were already performed previously: Engine and exhaust - new engine map resulting in 556HP (EU) on crank - new BMC drop in filters - free flow, equalized exhaust with resonated DP and sport secondary cats (OEM rear can) - exhaust tips replicating OEM ones yet with 95mm diameter - VTT CBC Wheels and suspension - brand new Apex VS-5RS: 19x9.5" et 22 + 20x11" et 44 with new TPMS sensors - brand new Michelin PS4s: 265/35 + 295/30 - Eibach 10mm rear spacers - Eibach extended rear bolts - Eibach springs Brakes - Girodiscs at the front + still factory fitted OEM discs at the rear - Ferodo DS 3.12 all around - Hel braided steel brake lines - Motul RBF 700 - calipers painted yellow - complete hand brake overhaul - new front wheel hubs Exterior and interior add-ons: - AutoID carbon front CS replica splitter - OEM M Performance boot carbon spoiler - OEM M Performance side skirts in aftermarket carbon wrap - Original AC Schnitzer carbon rear diffuser - OEM M Performance interior elements: part-alcantara steering wheel, pedals, handbrake and shifter knob with boots - AutoSolutions custom handmade shortshifter - front and rear onboard camera - fake carbon AC consol overlay - red start button Wraps - tinted rear windows and rear bumper red reflectors - side mirrors and roof carbon wrap - tinted PPF on headlights - my definition of blackline taillights (not a fan of OEM BL, sorry!) - wrap - PPF on: hood, fenders, front bumper, side skirts, under the handles and the rear bumper edge under the bootlid - factory PPF near the rear wheels was extended up to door and on the whole sides of the rear bumper Coding: - GTS: rear diff, MDM and steering wheel - CS: EDC supension Service - Millers CFS 5w40 NT+ - OEM gearbox and rear diff fluids - full air conditioning service incl. cabin filter swap Last edited by Juras; 06-23-2023 at 02:57 AM.. |

I’m glad you posted this. I’ve been wondering what yellow centers caps and calipers would look like on a black M4 with vs-5rs wheels.

Thanks! The Recoro seats are not for every body. I am 5,9 tall and quite wide at my back so i don't sit well in them with the stock padding. Fortunately though the padding is removable and is attached with velcro so i have put in quite thick lumbar support and also some at the bottom of the seat padding so now it's ok.

Thanks guys, glad you like those taillights. It's just a wrap - solid black on the outisde quarters and dark tint on the inside ones to let the turn signals on the boot and reverse lights through. The cost was something like 100-150 USD for the job including the material.
