what is the size of the nuts and bolt for where the downpipe meets the midpipe

The collar nut is part number 18307597650 and the size is listed as a M8 ( 8mm) that might help you determine the bolt size. The flange that the nut bolts to is part number 18327850430 but no mention of bolt size or thread pitch
