you really think a service advisor has time to look over a car once it's done?

It's more along the lines of the tech. Not the SA.



Hopefully all he gets is a painted bumper and nothing else.

I never said the service advisor should have looked over the car. Whomever scratched the bumper should have taken responsibility. Take it easy champ. Not sure why your looking for a fight but you clearly have an issue or work at the dealer responsible. You are trying awfully hard to make your point. Either way you can have your own opinion and I'll have mine. Have a good day.

definitely do not work at Braman, i service my cars there as i said. I'm trying awfully hard to make a point that you and OP are entitled crybabies. That's all. Have a nice night.
