you really think a service advisor has time to look over a car once it's done?

It's more along the lines of the tech. Not the SA.

I never said the service advisor should have looked over the car. Whomever scratched the bumper should have taken responsibility. Take it easy champ. Not sure why your looking for a fight but you clearly have an issue or work at the dealer responsible. You are trying awfully hard to make your point. definitely do not work at Braman, i service my cars there as i said. I'm trying awfully hard to make a point that you and OP are entitled crybabies. That's all. Have a nice night.
