Coding out trunk kick sensor?

My trunk kick sensor started acting unpredictably after installing a CF diffuser. Sometimes it will repeatedly open the trunk if I'm standing near the back of car with my key fob omegle xender .

Any way to disable this functionality? I'm new to coding and don't know how/where to start... I do have the car flashed with a BM3 OTS map but that's about it.
