For anyone who has instilled one.
I'm just about finished installing mine. I'm stuck on two small tab clips on each side of the spoiler piece. They need to lift up over the tab on the mount. Mine is painted so I'm trying not to scratch it.

Those Splitters do not look to be OEM. OEM splitters stick out more to fill in the gap. From there you drill into the splitter/bumper to install the plastic rivots.

They are oem splitters.
The tabs are on the main spoiler frame which is screwed into the splitters from underneath.

Yeah, tried and they'er just not going on. I'm sure it's installer error (myself). I'm taking it to the body shop who pained the lip tomorrow.

Yes, if you followed the instructions, the lip should snap into carrier adapter. You will more than likely need to unscrew the lip and or adapter to realign and click into place. Last edited by BzsBimmer; 11-23-2020 at 05:06 PM.. |
