I got the opportunity to test drive a C8 Corvette today, It was a thrill mainly because I was not expecting to be able to drive it.

Drove away in my m4 feeling like it is ever bit as special of a car. Aesthetically classic and timeless design a drivers car and a grocery getter.
I’ve only owned my car for just about a year but I still love looking at it and build quality and Last but not least the driving experience, I always look for an excuse to drive it.

I'd take the C8 over a Porsche any day of the week.

No hate...

That is a very ugly steering wheel.

First time I saw the new Vette I was like wow.

Now looks like a chopped up camaro / corvette

I'd take the Camaro over the vette

The color combination alone on that C8 would make me run to anything else. Proof that one cannot buy taste...

Mine is relatively new to me, so basically all of it.

BUT, a couple things really stick out:

- The beautiful ZCP seats (in Silverstone for me)
- The beautiful Tanzanite metallic paint
- The IKON aggressive headlights
- The power (it's a beast)

I could go on, but those really stick out

I think what really "sticks out" is the 6MT you have. Surprised that wasn't the first item in your list. The Tanzanite Blue is amazing. I really wanted that color but ended up with Avus Blue.

haha true, although the 6 Spd manual is always a given for my “fun car”

What I like...?

Being followed by a new Infinite coupe to closely on the "merit parkway" ( the Connecticut Nurburgring)Then accelerating as I approach a down hill off camber left turn and seeing the Infinite fade away....

it's absurd how fast these cars are stock, especially up top. Puts a bus length on anything under 400 hp. I destroyed a c43 the other day and I'm stock, wasn't even close, you would've thought it was a c300 from the race if you didn't know, by the time I hit 130 mph you could barely see him

Hahahahaha; awesome!!!!

No free pass for the C43; if you want to adorn your car with an AMG badge, I'm gonna have some expectations.

Nice work 🦅

The looks make me smile all the time.

Also smile when the NA purists get all mad and critical because it's such a great car but a turbo.
