Looks great. What type of tint did you get?

Tints is personal preference and nothing to do with age. In my previous BMW, which was BSM I had 35% tint and it looked great plus it kept the interior cool (in terms of temperature). In my current car, I have no tint and not planning on it as well. It is mineral white and I just don't seem to (personal choice) like it on white.
Good luck with your decision.

I like the look of a tinted car but I hate being inside them. The interior feels like a cave. I'd rather sacrifice privacy to avoid sitting in a dark place all the time.
Plus, weather permitting, I always drive with my windows down anyway. |

I tinted my sapphire black F80 immediately. I dislike the "fishbowl" feeling when I'm the car, and I think the black wheels, black car, tinted windows looks clean and amazing.

Sure, tint can sharpen the overall look of a car; but i can't do tint anymore. I haven't tinted any of my cars for past 10+ years. On this F80, rear sunshades help.
If i do consider it, it'll have to be a barely there type of effect. Nighttime driving + tint very annoying for me, add rain and it gets awful. Just replaced my 15 AW M4 with this. Here are a few pics. She's pretty, tint or no tint. |

It looks awesome either way. I just love the tinted look and cooler cabin. Doesn’t bother me at night. Hasn’t rained since I got it, because it rarely rains here.

Just picked up my BSM m3 on Saturday and having 45% Suntek CXP installed this coming Saturday. I've always done 35% on prior cars but wanted to try something lighter this time.

Tinted windows are for children and criminals. Unless you live in a very hot climate do the police a favor and leave them un-tinted.

Pull over Roll down all windows Put Keys on dash (I realize it doesn't matter where the keys are in modern cars but it tells the officer i'm not gonna run) Hands on wheel Light on in car if it's nighttime This will put the officer at ease and in turn will be a better interaction for all parties |

I was w/o a tint for 2 years b/c simply didn't have time to take care of that. It now I look like a mobster and def not age appropriate. I like it though windshield is too dark. Will have to redo it.
