From the side it looks great, but from the back it’s very “boxy”.

Sorry but that does not look good. Sometimes oem is the best option.

Honest opinion is what I do........It doesn't look good. Paint the whole thing

Love the feed back. I still have the OEM one if I want to change it up. Once I get the hood it will tie it all in. Also I expected these comments. Most on this forum like to keep their car very bmw oem speced with nice wheels and lowered. The guys who stray from that get blasted with hate. I should I said too that the cars is getting bags too. that triggers alot people

I know this is old, but I would’ve done a fad on the lip and just had the exposed carbon lip edge. And perhaps left the tag area exposed to help flow with the rear diffuser.

Are you stationed in Germany? If so you are really lucky, I was in Germany 2000-2005 but was young and into swapped Honda hatches. Are you still allowed to use VAT forms for aftermarket parts?

I moved back last year. Living in OKC. Yeah, I did use VAT forms. We also have hooked up through BMW and other partners in our car Club. if you were germany you know the group. I was in the Honda game too. pics are on my IG strmtrpr.f80

My buddy is wrap his car black. If he has extra we might try this. I also have carbon fenders coming soon to the build

The car is getting reworked before the wrap. Car is getting carbon fenders, air suspension, new front lip and splitters, headlights, taillights and wheels put back on. Then getting wrapped definitely going to look like an infinity when I get the carbon fenders.
