Reverse Lights Not Working

I have a 2018 F82 6MT, and the reverse lights don't turn on. The backup camera turns on just fine, but the lights won't. I thought maybe the bulbs are out, but I don't have any codes. I also checked my BimmerCode app to see if I accidentally coded it off (if even possible), but I didn't see anything. What am I missing?

Try using expert mode to see if they are coded correctly?
