Nice drop. Gives that little something this platform needs likely without many "curb consequences"... Hows the ride quality? Sub'd

Ride quality is not compromised.

Unlike the other springs on the market which can produce a bouncy effect the Eibach are more like stock...

You are correct exactly what this platform needed for guys who didnt want to lose the feel of the M3/4

The car performs and functions the same as stock would

Full EDC controls are available, the Urban Green car has Adaptive.

Will the stock / M Adaptive shocks hold up to a mild lowering? I would hope a higher rated M suspension can take a bit more stress. I've put Eibach on my non Sport A4 and the shocks feel tired after 50,000 kms

Since the Eibach lower 0.8 and 0.25 the Shocks should hold up like original ... on your A4 I am sure they lower more like 1.5 and the Audi NonSport Shocks are not high performance shocks.

Technically yes you should do an alignment afterwards. When our techs do the installation no alignment bolts are touched so many customers opt not to do one afterwards. On our cars we always get them aligned after suspension changes.

i have lowered a few of my cars in the past and never need touched the alignment bolts either and usually got lucky.. I guess you can do the same on this car as well as long as the alignment bolts are touched.

They should hold up fine. BMW is now offering M-Performance "coil-overs" that use the stock EDC shocks .

That's the right thing to do IMO, as lowering the car will alter the camber and toe.

Swift is more performance oriented and the Eibach is more comfort oriented.

They're two completely different springs with different purposes. The swift spec r are a "track" focused spring that is linear with stiff spring rates, where as the eibach are set up to be soft and are a progressive spring.

The choice between the two would have to depend on what you want from the car.

The good thing is that both have had great feedback from our customers!

Any pics with M4 on the stock 19"s? I want a mild drop to close up some wheel gap but my parking garage has has this one steep ramp that the stock trim under the bumper barely scrapes.

I agree.. I am debating between these or the Swifts but for me, the Swifts might be too stiff for an almost exclusively (track 1-2x/yr) daily driver on sub-par NJ roads.

I am in the same boat as you and have been debating between various springs. Eibach seems a good compromise to maintain relative comfort on the daily drive and have been on the top of my list.

However, with the newly announced M-Performance adjustable springs, those are now on the top of my list. Eagerly awaiting for pricing and availability to be announced.

Having just installed the Swifts three days ago I can attest to their stiffness for urban roads in less-than-stellar condition. They're not comfortable unless the road is perfectly smooth. I'll be giving them another week to settle in and if that doesn't tone down the harshness, I'll be looking at other options. Unfortunately, the drop and stance is perfect...
