Installing rear sunshade

Happened to get a rear sunshade for my F80 M3 on the cheap, however was wondering if there were any resources out there to help guide me on the install. From what I understand, the process seems relatively simple:

1. Removing the existing rear shelf and putting in the replacement shelf with the powered roller.
2. Connecting the 2 wires from the roller motor to pin 34 and 35 on REM A174*14B.
3. Replacing the front driver's window switch with one that includes the power rear sunshade roller.
4. Adding Option 415 to the coding.

My main questions are:
1. How do I connect the wires from the roller to the plug that connects to A174*14B? Is there a special tool that will do this for me?
2. From the attached picture, it looks like the the sunshade roller has a plug already - where would this go?
3. How do I add 415 to the car's code?

I never got any around to doing this as I couldn't figure out the answers to my questions..happy to give it a shot though if anyone can chime in.

I thought the REM needed to have extra relays for this to work.
Maybe someone can chime in here to confirm.
