Info on used M3

I’m looking to buy an M3, the market now is crazy as you all know, I found this M3 in a New York dealer, I saw it in person, I drove it, but has a lot of mods and maybe someone in here know the history of it.
Looks like it’s coming from Maryland always been serviced at Passport BMW, WBS8M9C50H5G83959 the vin number.
Is wrapped and the original color is black.

Thank you

The can't believe the dealer actually just left the bandaid on the front bumper and didn't fix the damage

Also - missing tow hook cover and the headlight washer cover seems to be misaligned so I'm assuming it was involved in a front-end collision.

The rear bumper seems to have quite a bit of damage as well.

Is the dealer fixing all of this or discounting the cost of the vehicle?

Is this a joke. A fucking Bandaid on the bumper. Terrible panel gap with the hood, and hideous black wrap on the rear bumper.

There are much better M3s out there.

It’s a 2017 with 60k miles for 44k$, I think is priced accordingly…. I drove it and seems to be fine, long test drive, my only doubt is what I can find under the wrap, this is why I’m looking from the previous owner or someone who knows him… this car did not go unnoticed with the weird wrap and all the stickers I can still see on the wrap

+1 - Sounds like you are already questioning it. When you come across the "right one", you will know.
