FYI:

This site (which is in Lithuania) says they will ship to the US for 25 euro which makes the total for both mirrors with shipping $395.

I won't know for a couple more weeks if they got it right because they couldn't ship straight to the US so I had them ship it to a buddy here and I'll pick them up when I next have to be here.

Price was about EUR 150 for each mirror.
They couldn't because they weren't allowed? TurnerMotor Sports told me that BMW doesn't allow the sale of them in the US, but IND told me they could get them for $416 + shipping, which seems high
Correct, not allowed. Not specific to the mirrors though, they said they can't ship anything out of the country.
And I still need to get those pictures, sorry, will definitely try to get to it next weekend.

Worth it in my opinion. Really a big difference.

You can get OEM mirrors for $320 total shipping included? How so? I might be interested in that? Is your right mirror new or used and how much are you selling it for?

I have a contact overseas. They are new. I haven't thought about reselling honestly. I just have that one extra right one for now. My set in enroute.

The EU mirrors are convex all the way. Even more so on the ends, but still nowhere on the glass do they have the "bathroom mirror" 1:1 magnification that I understand US mirrors are required to have on most of their surface.

And yes I still owe you guys picture I know. About to leave work will try and remember but I keep thinking I need to take them in traffic so you get the right idea as far as cars in adjacent lanes, and then by the time I remember I'm already home and figure my driveway would not make for a good demonstration of the mirrors' capabilities.

I am interested as I had these on my e92. - agreed it was one of the best upgrades that enhanced the driving experience.

If you are shipping these for $320 CONUS, I would be very interested.

Finally...

Finally, some pictures. Turns out it's kind of hard to take pics of mirrors that give a good impression of the aspheric effect. But trust me the difference is just huge. Never have to look over my shoulder when merging left anymore (which I know will make some people cringe, but where I'm from that's how we're taught to drive so our eyes stay on where we're going).
Took two sets: one from driver's perspective, the other of close ups.

Where do you see that? When I do the drop down menu on the right I don't see F8x listed.

So to confirm, its flat until the line... Then it curves.. Correct?
How did you install? Is it easy?

To install mirrors it's pretty easy. Tilt the mirror up. Get a flathead screwdriver/flat pry tool and work from the edges and just pop off the existing mirror. Disconnect the wires. Reconnect the wires on the new mirror. Push it in place.

I'd also suggest using painters tape or something on the bottom of the mirror housing edge so when you apply pressure it doesn't scratch the paint.

I checked with Bimmian, and the mirrors will fit an F80 M3, unless you have anti-dazzle mirrors.

IND doesn't usually seem to have the best prices.
