Does this pipe work with their rear muffler section? I assume it doesn't work with their signature system?

Curious if putting the Resonated on Stock DP, M3 Comp would be worth it/ sound differences

Still could improve the tone vs stock or at least I'd imagine since stock is also resonated. I wonder if the AA resonated is higher flow.

Yes it will. These midpipes should work with all the exhausts that are compatible with their single midpipe

I'd say it'll probably similar to my custom EL setup that I have with all four cats intact. Sounded great initially but then you get used to it and I now consider it too quiet.

Keep in mind that EL will naturally sound quieter because it's its a smoother and more mellow sounding exhaust sound/quality of note.

Hang on! AA told us not long ago that we needed a single midpipe to make power. How have they made power with twin pipes? Perhaps the wiggly bits make power or is it the secondary cat deletion that makes power not the pipework?

Its going to replace the the 2nd cat delete and midpipe and connect to the muffler.
If im not mistaken, Dinan axle back needs adjustments to fit to other midpipes

Cool, but was it louder than stock? Want good sound and little louder than stock.

I am sure it's going to be louder than stock. This mid pipe would be removing the secondary cats and the center resonator.

I don't want it to be louder than stock MPE.. already not nice for my neighbors

But I think, in common sense, it will be louder.

They have a good marketing and lot of Fanboys, that's all.
No midpipe makes any power, the power you gaining is from removing the secondary cats but we talking about couple hp without a tune.

They will always tell you they have the best no rasp and deep sounding midpipe on the market and all forum dealer$ (except for one) will tell you the same to get a piece of the cake.

I would really love to see dyno numbers between the AA single and dual

I don't think many people actually believe midpipes (whatever brand is purchased) make any real power. Just like these equal length pipes, most are trying to correct the crappy sounding stock exhaust. I think these and other EQL systems actually do that. Talk about marketing, all the non-EQL exhausts don't make power or fix the sound IMO haha.

With that said, I would also like to see a dyno with the EQL pipes as well although I expect negligible gains at best. Just curious if the "wiggly bits" result in any lose of power.

True but anytime you remove a catalytic converter no matter how small it does increase free flow and that should generate something..... for sure more than so called "cold air intakes"

Today is December 25th and I am 5

Man if it wasn't Father's Day I'd be jacking up the car right now...
Stopped by the dealer yesterday and picked up new crush gaskets for the front.

True. I meant more as compared to the few horsepower dual or single midpipes are supposed to give. I'm sure it won't lose power compared to stock.
