Wheels rubbing

I have 20" 666 wheels on an F80 Competition M3 with stock suspension and no spacers front tyres are 265/30/20 Michelin yet they rub on the plastic wheel arch inner lining behind the front bumper on full lock

How is that even possible?

I had the same problem with 265/35ZR19 Michelin PS4S on my 19” 437M wheels. Only on full wheel lock out on the front inner fender. Rubbing was minimal but I still took a heat gun to it and molded it to make some clearance.
