One of my all time favorite mods on every BMW sports car I own.
When parting out my car I decided to source new thrust arms and leave the mono ball installed in these arms for the next owner.
If purchasing separately you would be looking at:
$423 for the mono ball kit
$178 x2 for oem thrust arms
$150-200 to have mono ball pressed into arms

I am looking for SOLD + shipping

I will accept Paypal friends and family, Venmo, or Zelle

If you are in the Bay Area I can do install for $100
Install of these involves front wheel and fender liner removal, and partial removal of intercoolers in front of wheel arches.

BMW recommends replacing the mounting bolts that mount these to the subframe. I happen to have two spares I can throw in for $20

Based on how far into my ownership of the car that I installed them, would say about 6-8k.
Thrust arms have 40k
