front license plate w/o drilling

Is it possible to install a front license plate without drilling into the bumper?

What is the best way to do that?

I do not want my LP to be on the side like that. I want it to be in the center of my bumper. Any good way to do it?

+1 on the sto n sho. The installation instructions say to use the adhesive tape and a screw, but mine is holding well with the supplied tape only. You can screw it in if you'd like, the location of the hole wouldn't be easily visible.

Dual lock 3M. If you car is dark, it's the best solution.

STO-n-SHO still requires one hole to be drilled for proper installation...but the hole is drilled upwards from underneath the bumper. No one will ever know it's there.

Strange. Mine fits perfectly... I also have pdc and no issues with the sensors being triggered.

I stripped my bumper off and clued 5 x Neodymiun (rate earth) magnets behind the bumper. (20mm Diameter 5mm thick)

I then glued 5 of those to a number plate bracket, stuck some soft rubber pads to them so that they don’t scratch the paintwork.

This way I can remove the plate whenever I want and just pop it back on.

If you do the above then the best is to mount magnets onto the Numberplate first. The line it up on the bumper using the magnets on the inside. Once level while the magnets are in place, then apply the clue to the ones in the bumper. If that makes sense.

+1 on Carbonio. I’ve had it since I bought my car and it is great. Easy on and off.

You're installing them wrong or you bought the wrong version. There's one for sensors and one for no sensors.

I've purchased the one with the sensors and I'll have to see if I can reinstall this at an angle and see if that make a difference

I also have the Carbonio, although I only plan to use it if I should get a no-front-plate fix-it ticket here in CA. Put it on, get the ticket signed off, and then easily remove it.

That holder is shit. Look at its placement.

Sto n show is the only one you guys should buy.
It doesnt require any drilling. Thats optional.

I went with the carbonio. It's working fine so far. I didn't want to drill for the sto n sho and I don't trust double sided tape alone to keep the plate on.
