We took delivery just a few days back- we got free vests, a 10 euro voucher, and a key ring that could be engraved. Oh and a full tank of gas.
Granted not as much as others have gotten in the past, but it was still pretty nice. |

June 8th ED - Vests, a 10 euro voucher, and a key ring with engraving.
My car only had a 1/4 tank, but the delivery advisor apologized and said there was a mixup and it wasn't filled like it should have been. They gave me something like 75 euros worth of gift cards to a gas station just down the road, which more than filled the tank. |

What have you all had engraved on the key ring? The past 2 ED's I have used the chassis code and date of delivery. I'll probably do the same this time around. PS don't forget to bring the PhotoBlocker spray for your license plates; that should be a mandatory ED gift from the Welt.

Not a true ED Gift, but I gifted myself with a pen (engraved with the VIN) for the trip and experience. I use pens a lot for work and in the car... Came just in time for the contract signing too.

What would be super cool is if one of those watch ballers bought a Swiss watch from the factory and had it engraved on their ED! Who accepts the GG challenge??!? |

Swatch makes the cheapest automatic swiss movement in the World, the Sistem 51. Maybe I'll get one of those engraved ....
(I have 6 of them already ) |

AFAIK they don't have any watches at The Welt - three years ago they gave a certificate to get some stopwatch thing at a Munich shop I never got because my junk drawer is full.
But it would be fun to drive to switzerland and go to one of the many factories and buy your own and have it engraved with the vin number. I think IWC is close to the border (Schaffhausen). If you're a dork like me who appreciates the only automatic movement built by robots with just 51 parts and 1 screw, then you can swatch sistem 51 almost anywhere. You can get 'em on Amazon for $100 |

Making a basket of gifts is really a brilliant idea. You can customize it as you want. You can put your favorite brands’ products. From https://www.bestpricefavors.com/prod...-favors-ideas/ I did buy many inexpensive wedding favors and made a beautiful gift for my sister’s wedding. It’s really good and my sister liked it a lot.
