I have a question, when the iPhone connects to Carplay, should it be connected both via Wifi and BT at the same time? I see it is connected to Wifi, but when I look at BT it does not show connected.

DaRox ,

Firmware Version DOES NOT effect Carplay connectivity.

No idea why kubax86 is saying this is a solution , 100% Misinformation. You will be stuck with the same result after paying him for his "solution".

I recommend you enhancing your Wifi Antenna Signal Strength via FDL coding first, and than if that doesn't work , purchase an additional Wifi Antenna and see if you have success.

We are happy to enhance the Wifi Signal Strength you for FREE. Simply send us a PM.

Again, this is 100% INCORRECT!

Flashing or Updating the firmware on your Headunit WILL NOT and NEVER WILL improve Carplay connectivity.

kubax86 It is very clear you are just trying to make the sale here , it’s a shame to see you doing this to BimmerPost members especially as a Sponsored Vendor.

Forum members entrust you when they see your Sponsored Vendor title and here you are putting out misinformation, so you can sell them your services?
