Such a great daily
Such a great daily. Entertaining chassis yet ride is super compliant with 18s and adaptive suspension. Comfortable seats, great headroom. Easy to get in/out of. Abundant torque. Manual transmission is never boring. Adequate tech & safety features. Good looking. Car is remarkably livable given its capabilities. What's not to like!

^ This is the magic of the M3/4, such a good practical daily driver that can become a real track weapon on weekends. This dual nature is what the M3(4) has been all about since its inception.

Agreed! This is why I wanted the 4-door. So practical: 4 adults fit comfortably for long road trips, easy to get my little cousins seated and buckled up in the back. I can do airport runs with tons of luggage. I don't worry about street parking it or handing it to a valet.
Yes, sport purpose cars might be more fun, but we end up driving our Ms more because they are more usable, and they make daily use really fun! |

Couldn't agree with you more. I try to rotate my wife's F32 when she is not driving it but I always end up taking the M4 to work/errands.

Just pulled mine out for the first time today since winter started here in northwest Chicagoland...gosh I missed this thing. Fellas...this is a fantastic vehicle! Long live the beauty that is the F80/82!

If the car is packed with bags etc in the trunk it's fine. Around town on heavy snow days I put a couple 45lbs weights in the back and get around just fine. That's using the staggered wheel sizes. I'd imagine it would be better with something narrower in the back |

Agree. Perfect blend of fun and every day ability. Will be at a a full year of WFH next week. Very few daily driving needs these days. Its been ~5 weeks since I drove mine. This is the longest ive gone. But roads look pretty salt free atm. So its coming out this weekend!
