Yes it is 32% lighter than the stock and the sound/notes is unreal and louder than stock. There is also the M factor from the factory.

Muffler itself is made of titanium

The midpipe etc is stainless steel

The Titanium tips are an extra cost usually as most come with CF tips

Most V1's like this one tend to crack where the exhaust pipes connect to the muffler.

The V2's have Titanium reinforcement brackets to help against cracking.

I have a V2 with a AA midpipe and think it's perfect sound wise.

Most V1 exhaust tend to sell around $2,500 due to the known risk of cracking . For anyone wanting to do some research on their own and also see how common/uncommon the cracking issue is with them there is a search function in this forum.

I’ve had the exhaust and mid pipes on the car for 3 years with a lot of miles on it and there is absolutely no cracking or even a blemish.. Just because some have may have had problems reported doesn’t mean they are inherently all faulty. I’ve shared close up pictures showing absolutely no evidence of damage. I am including the titanium tips as part of the sale not extra.
