Cold exhaust warming up sounds great on the I-6 turbos. It's a shame that the silencing valve cuts in when the engine warms up.

Well, it goes without saying... I won't be purchasing the new M3/4 for the sound.

Good thing there are plenty of other reasons to purchase.

Gonna miss the V8 if I do sell her.

I like the F8X a LOT better than the 911 Turbo, which sounds turbo-whiny at work and truck-like at idle.

Agreed Tony, people that know cars get it. The v8 or nothing else crowd would rather listen and smoke the fumes of their exhaust :-)
