MP HAS: uneven fronts, rear too high even on lowest thread

I'm having several issues. This is for a 2015 M4 with EDC + M Performance HAS (at this point, "supposedly" MP HAS):

1) the front height is very uneven: the driver side is at the lowest thread (flush to the collar), and the passenger side when on the highest thread is still lower on that side than the driver side when the car is sitting on the ground loaded. 2) the rear heights are both too high: on the lowest thread with no gap whatsoever on the collar, there's still easily a two finger wheel gap with a 315/30-18 tire imounted, and a one finger gap with a 275/35-19 tire mounted.

-the first two photos are for the passenger rear, but it got uploaded sideways. the driver rear is installed the same. the nipple for the bottom spring hat is seated correctly and visible through the the opening (that exposed hole is the other one, there are two).

-the third photo is the driver side. note how the thread collar is bottomed out at the lowest setting.

-the fourth photo is the passenger side. note how high it is. even with this setup, the passenger side is still lower than the driver side.

I did my MP-HAS kit DIY. The adjustments can be uneven but that's really a difference. In the one front pic the spring isn't fully all the way down the rubber seat, there's a little gap. Is there a bigger gap in that spot on the other side (can't see in that pic)?

If it's not the front spring placement it could be that the mechanic didn't fully seat the damper back into the steering knuckle, or that they didn't press the HAS mounts onto the dampers evenly. Both would throw off height like that...

Was the kit purchased and installed at the dealership, where you might have a complaint to work?

How long ago was it installed?
