How many miles and hard miles?
How much to install?
Approximately 15k hard miles.

I am not sure the install costs as it was being done when I reset timing last time there was a slip. I heard before guys said 5-7 hrs.

It’s been about a year since your last post in this thread. How has your car been holding up?

I bet that'll go well.

"It doesn't matter if this issue is nearly non-existent on stock engines, I should be able to tune my engine to 800 hp without this happening."

Proof that failure has not hit you does not undo other SCH failures. Its a probability issue.

Hmmm so if my hub hasn’t spun yet, would you advocate for just doing the bolt capture?

Hmmm i have an extended warranty. If i install the CBC and my crank spins, on my stock tune, i wonder if they will blame the CBC.

U have warranty . It's your decision if you want to spend more money to have this updated fix. U also risk losing warranty because after market parts. But if ur crank hub breaks there going to fix it because of warranty.

I get it. My only concern is that should it spin, my car Will be out of commission for a couple of weeks. If the CBC which is pretty cheap can reduce that risk, Maybe it’ll be worth it

Stock DCT?
Yup stock DCT. Dobson clutches going in over winter though.

FYI. I do not think the crank bolt capture is the ultimate solution. It's just better than stock.

This is what happened to mine, you can clearly see when it happens, it sheers off a thin layer and makes the point to where it slipped to all shiny.

Has anyone used a Vargas crankhub solution as yet? If so what are your thoughts?

I've got it. No problems here. But that's why there aren't gonna really be any good answers to your query. If it works...it doesn't spin and there's nothing to report!!!
