Coolant residue nearby turbo?

While workin under the car today, I noticed what looks like dry coolant on one of the turbos. What do you guys think it is and how should clean up this mess?

I recently had top mount intercooler leak so it was feeding coolant to the engine. not sure if this has anything to do with this...

First step to check I guess is making sure the bolt securing that pipe didn't loosen up, make sure it's tight.

It looks a bit worse than it actually is, but either a loose bolt or failed o-ring.

Thanks for the suggestion!
I will clean up the mess a bit then check the bolt later this week.
If it is not bolt problem, I guess I will make appointment with EAS to check it out.
