Attached the PSM Lower Splitter...
Thought clearance would be much worse.. but not bad actually. My old RKP GTS lip with the lower splitter attached was lower to the ground.

Good reference to get an idea how different lip setups look on the F80. I added some feedback/tidbits as well on each of the front lip setups I've had on the car (and on my old Silverstone F80). 3D Design good clearance, a bit more aggressive than m-performance, close to OEM Vorstiener GTS love the design, not enough clearance especially if lowered, I cracked mine within 2 days M Performance with CF Splitters OEM+, generous clearance, perfect setup for daily driving but not as aggressive as other aftermarket lips RKP GTS Lip with CF Lower Splitter in Acid Orange love this setup, was able to pull off that M3 GTS look, lower splitter is adjustable and customizable, low clearance especially with lower splitter installed RKP GTS Lip without Lower Splitter RKP GTS Lip with Lower Splitter in Frozen Moonstone RSC Front Air Dam without Lower Splitter aggressive setup, one of the strongest lips I've owned. engineered to maximize downforce, decent clearance but sticks out more, cracked mine as I miscalculated a ramp PSM Front Lip love the design as it contours to the lines of the F80, surprised to have decent ground clearance even with the lower splitter attached - obviously, with splitter attached, it will stick out more and will be more susceptible to breaking PSM Front Lip with CF Lower Splitter

I'm looking into getting carbon side skirts for my f80. Any recommendations? Maybe you've tried a few and would like your feedback. Not too aggressive, maybe an oem+ look. Much thanks!

It has that nice added design detail with that ridge. Not too aggressive and looks very OEM. The only reason I got RSC side skirts is I switched up to a more aggressive rear diffuser. The extensions matched the width of the side skirts. Go with RKP. Can't go wrong with that.

(Not sure how the M Performance ground clearance compares to your APR Lip) The RKP GTS setup looks so good with the lower splitter though. It's a must-have. Definitely changes the look of the car with the lower splitter installed. In my opinion, it didn't look special enough without it. Problem is — the CF GTS lower splitter is really thick so clearance is really not that good. And if you're running 19s, forget about it. No chance LOL. The only other thing I probably would have done different would be to get a Fall Line lower splitter made in poly. Not sure if it's as thick as the CF one but 100% more durable.

The ARP lip's two center mounting points actually make the lip bow upwards in the center -- kinda like the PSM one you have now -- except, I don't think it's supposed to be like that. So I run a couple of spacers on the two center mounts to keep the lip level to the ground. That being said, even at how aggressive the lip looks, the clearance is similar to the M-Performance lip. This is a big plus for me since I get good ground clearance with aggressive looks. My car -- you can see my little spacers in this pic. It's not ideal, but I rather have the lip level vs being bent upwards. Here's how the APR lip looks like if you mount it without any spacers. See the bow in the center. |

So I had the opportunity to work with George (Gates Innovation) again on another key fob upgrade.
This time around, I went for a customized piece and added some acid orange accents to compliment the interior bits. I also went with black buttons. Love the finished product!
