Loving the coding, just a heads up the GTS steering is doing the pull to the right for me so I will be coding back to stock steering (apparently the stock steering has the fix for the pulling while GTS does not).

At some point either you or the previous owner had this fix applied at the dealership https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1402020 You can not have the fix and GTS steering at the same time. The fix all it does is have the steering pull to the left slightly. |

Yesterday Alex@Alpine coded CS EDC on my 2014 M4. I just tested the car at the race track. It is definitely much better. Now it almost like my Porsche GT3))). Thank you Alex!

I've had coding from Alex for at least a year and a half now and it's completely changed the car. I just wanted to echo what others have said about customer service - Alex rocks! He's always been available to code my car back to stock for dealer visits, which is a huge advantage for me, and something I really appreciate, particularly given I always seem to have some technical glitch that turns a 5 minute process into a 30 minute ordeal. He's always patient and get the job done. Trust him completely!

Highly recommend Alex!!
I recently bought a 2015 M3 after someone totaled my 335i a month ago. So yesterday after I received my enet cable I paid for Alex's coding online. I thought I would have to wait a day or two, but he ended up doing my updates, dct flash and various coding last night. I am really impressed with his skill and customer centric service. I am fairly good with computers, but didn't want to hassle with learning all the tribulations of coding. Alex was able to do all my requests within about an hour. I had the dct gts flash, gts steering, gts traction control, cs edc and the coolest feature of all: anti dazzle and light distribution done. That is one cool feature. It works amazingly well. Immediately after driving my car today, I can feel some differences. Especially since I just bought this car two weeks ago. The dct is much smoother and the herky jerky movement on take offs is much improved. The steering is really nice; the dead center feel is gone and all 3 levels of steering are improved. Where sport used to be to much, it now feels just right. I haven't been able to test the mdm yet as it's 20F where I live.
I have edc and now comfort feels much more complainant. Coming from the 335i, the highway cruising ride was the only thing I missed upgrading to the M3. Now comfort mode on the freeway feels good. Sport even feels ok. Before the coding, it was really not comfortable on rough roads. So I didn't mean to ramble on, but wanted to give a big thumbs up to Alex!

Just had Alex remote code the car again after dealer wiped a bunch with an update. Stoked to have anti dazzle back and REALLY pleased with the CS EDC. Huge improvement over standard EDC and also ZCP (IMO).
Thank you Alex. |

When exiting reverse the camera remains on for a long period of time. Normally the speed limiter cuts the camera at 10mph but if you remove the limiter you have to wait for the timer to time out and this can get annoying every time you reverse.

Is there an easy way to tell what configuration my vehicle is currently in? I know that the previous owner had some stuff coded, but unsure about the ones I'm looking at.. mainly the GTS DCT, Diff, EDC and steering.
I wouldn't want to go through the trouble of getting the equipment and scheduling only to find out that these configurations have already been enabled. |

I have sent numerous messages about getting my car coded. Is he not doing coding anymore?
