I use the Race Ramps RR-72-2.
Fits my lowered S2000. Used by lots of Corvette guys as well. https://raceramps.com/car-ramps/gara...72-race-ramps/ Pricey but shop around for a deal. I bought mine here and saved 10% https://www.reverselogic.us/

I get that most people here have decent income, but why would you spend so much money on ramps? When I installed an exhaust on my F30, I backed it up on cinder blocks. When I upgraded to an F80, I purchased a set of ramps from harbor freight for 32$ with a 20% off coupon.. They worked great when I did some modifications to my new exhaust..

I often work on the car at night, so starting it up for just a few seconds to get it on ramps is inconvenient and disruptive. And in winter, I don't want to open the garage door and let all the heat out either. Plus, ramps low enough to drive on never raise the car high enough for me.
I use two floor jacks to get the front raised as needed, then lower the wheels onto as many pieces of 2x10x18 lumber as required. Same for rear. If I need to get the wheels off, I use jack stands. Doesn't take too long either way. Race Ramps do have a very good reputation so I'm sure you can't go wrong with those, as others mentioned.

I’ve built my own ramps (mustang ramps) in the past on the cheap (and when I had a whole lot more time too :-)). They work but are stupid heavy. Race ramps are expensive but nothing I’ve found has the same load capacity and weigh almost nothing as race ramps are extremely light. I use the same as PSI power for my cars. Just safer and easier to line up and deal with.

For exhaust work I have 2 sets of rhino ramps, back my lowered m4 up to them in the rear. Then jack up each side in the front and place a ramp under each wheel.

This is one of those things where you kinda have to suck it up and spend the money on the Raceramps. I couldn't get my car up regular Rhino Ramps at stock height with no lip and I certainly wouldn't now with a lip.

for $340 you can buy two 3+ ton floor jacks. get the ones you can remove the cup.
more flexible and useful. throw in some nice jack stands for safety.

Actually putting the F chassis on jack stands is a pain in the ass because it requires the use of the front middle jack point, which is next to impossible to without additional front clearance.

I know what you mean but that's with one floor jack. With two, it is very quick; raise either side just enough to slide the other one in and access the center point. Takes just a few minutes to get the jack stands positioned and the car lowered.

Not sure I understand. Two good floor jacks and jack stands cost more than those race ramps, not that a universally-usable product has anything to do with the price of any specific item it could be used on anyway...
