Demo day before you ask. Love the torque of the M5, the M3CS was a joke - just wanted to see what front Cup2 was all about - tyres @ 40 psi! felt like a roller coaster

Re: M5
Did you try both all-wheel-drive and rear wheel drive modes?

Re: M3CS
Why did you think it was a joke? Would have thought it would be awesome.

M5 - it was 20 to 5 - they shut at 5, and I'm into the whole "mechanical sympathy" thing, especially it's not my car. I want one, just that much money is into cheap Porsche or Mc region.
M3CS - compared my M3ZCP with brakes & tyres - it felt really weird! No noticeable power increase (filled with 91), the brakes had been "demo'd" to a poor state, and the 10 PSI over made it feel like I was driving on beach balls, not Cups2's. And I agree with most journos - the Alcantara wheel is a bit thick, and would end up with too much DNA on it in a hurry. "IMHO". Good demo week they run though. M2 comp, M4, M3CS, M5 comp, M850i conv, 740iL, X750d, X530d. Hope I buy a car from this dealer after they couldn't sell me the last three....

Price. Melbourne BMW have played ball every time. Local dealer, even when presented with a quote ($9k over) wouldn't budge. I'll try them on again soon as petrol X5s hit the ground.

I've had my petrol X5 since April. Got it from Mo at BMW Melbourne.
