It's a noticeable improvement over the regular stage 2 93 map.
Make sure you flush out the ethanol with 100% pump gas every 5 tanks of full E85 to avoid major issues down the line. Glad you got everything working though

Will do. Slightly off topic do you have experience with a custom flex tune i.e. Paul or carey? Wondering if it's significantly more power? From what I'm seeing the OTS flex stage 2 93 is about 550 hp on E70.

You'll hit around 580-600 whp on a Cary Jordan tune depending on whether you go with stage 2 or stage 2+ (max effort on stock turbos). I'm tuned by Cary on his stage 2.

Jeff, just for comparison my car much improved draggy times. I was previously running stage 2 E30 tune with probably a blend of e35-40. My 60-130 time went from 8.9 to 8.03! And this was not just one run. Same location and conditions. My 1/8 went from 8.3 to 7.68@100 and my quarter went from 12.1 to 11.57@129
I'm only on a e50 blend with stock intake and exhaust. Runs were done in texas heat, 76 degrees and 84 degrees. I can't wait till next fall to test it in 50 degree weather.
So yes, this component definitely makes the car faster. I've had my fair share of issues with it, actually have one going on now. The signal still randomly loses power or malfunctions. I'm currently talking with ptf to hopefully replace it as I'm convinced my unit is defective. I bought it in early February.. but if this flaw can be fixed it's 100% worth it. When the car is dialed in it rips.

Have you updated the OTS map? They released an update to address the sensor intermittently loosing connection. It helped my situation somewhat, but I still get a rough idle and stall sometimes. I’m going to try the HPFP Original option once I use up the 93 in my tank.

I haven't stalled out lately but I've dropped down from E78 to E65 or so. That 13% seems to make the difference between stalling and not stalling, which is fairly common for a lot of cars on E85.

When did they release this update? Do they comment about it on the map? I've reflashed akot lately as I'm trying to fix the car. I installed flex plugs at .020 and it's throwing misfire codes, injectors shut off, burn too short..
flashed back to stock, same thing..

I am catless DP, NGK one step E plugs, BMC drop ins…
I have the same issue with my 3 slot custom Flex tune, but never an issue with E85 tune. It only happens when its up around 60%. I was going to play around with disabling cold start and GTS roar.

I am currently having the same issue on my M2C!! Happy i found this thread i had to dilute my ethanol content yesterday to get the car to not misfire on a cold start! currently back to around e35... The car was misfiring every cold start with idle surges when i was on about e60-e65. My setting on HPFP is set to OEM so i am going to try this when i run the tank out

Other mods are downpipes, NGK one step colder plugs, BMC drop in filters, AA EL midpipe & crank hub fix. Any thoughts? Car starts fine on E60 or.less.

THANKS
Literally my exact issue with same plugs and mods lol.... this thread should be Pinned! pretty big issue he IMO and PTF should update this.

Update from last post, just filled up to about e60 again. First cold start this morning with no misfires.... looks like changing HPFP to Original is the way to go.
