Selling my F80 M3. It's really my Wife's car and she doesn't drive it much. I will probably get another GT-R. It's just on a completely different level (2 levels?) in every way, except rear seat room. I track a lot and my M3 was always too slow.

I’ve considered jumping ship but ultimately realized I would only be doing it just for the sake of change. Not because the cars I’ve considered are better. I’ve looked at the LCI Audi S4, but realized I’m just not an Audi person. I’ve looked at the Alfa QV but too afraid of getting stranded somewhere from a mechanical/electrical problem.
I do like the LCI M5 but not sure I can get myself to spend that much on a car. |

I will be keeping my F80 for a while. I just moved it to daily driver duty and will be covering almost 20k a year. I had every intention of doing ED on a G80, but now that the program is gone I don’t care to upgrade unless the G80 is really off the charts. ED was a huge factor in my reasoning but at the price point it’s most likely going to be at, I’d rather have a 911.
That being said, since I am not fond of the way BMW is headed, I think I’ll be moving away from the brand entirely if I don’t move to a G80. |

Def not buying the new M4, I'm completely out on the new design. Looking like an AMG C63S or the new Vette pretty soon.
Cheers

F8X is Albert Biermann's swan song at BMW.
Every M fan should watch this presentation. A huge engineering target approved by the board was making the F8X lighter than the previous generation M or the E9X. A highly unusual approval given this day and age of increasing emission regulations and consumer pressure to iPhone-ize the automobile. It's quite clear what the engineering targets WERE NOT with the incoming G series. Pls be discerning. Don't pay any mind to all the lazy YouTube influencer and review channel shills. Hug your F8X today.

Keeping my F80 M3 as well as my Model 3 Performance. Will be adding a Cybertruck into the group as I like to keep all the electric cars the same. Also have a CRV and a Rav 4 in the pack.

Yes no matter what comes up I'm determined to keep my F80. And drive it whenever I can.
