So fellahs. As my OCD has been setting in, i am trying to figure out weather this color looks good tinted or not tinted. I have been trying to google and search on here for pictures and seemingly every picture makes them look different. So its mostly internal mixed reviews hehe. I plan on lowering the car and theres a possibility that i plan on adding some black aftermarket wheels. Which only further complicates my thought process. Any thoughts or ideas fellahs?

I know this thread is fairly vague, but as a new owner, im just looking to get more insight from you vets

I got a YMB m3 with 35% all around and it looks good. Looks good without tint too so either way it's a win. Can't go wrong with black or CF on YMB.

I agree with u there. everyone has their reasonings. personally, besides the look, I don't like people peering into my car.

It's obviously a personal opinion, but I say absolutely on the tint! I think it looks great, helps with the sun and tones down some of the smurf in the yas. I did 35% on sides and rear.

I would go with tint, but it would probably look great either way.

I agree, having dealer put on 25% all around. Yes, it is the lowest I can go that is legal in TX. ��

Wow, I think 50% is what's legal in Ohio. The shop said they only do 50% on 2-3 cars/years though.

We don't just get pulled over and ticketed for dark tint, it's been in with inspections since forever too now. I guess bc we have as low as 25% being the legal limit. I just can't believe people would push further as 25% all around is a good dark already. Someone posted 35% and I thought that was good enough already.

I can understand if the limit is 25% or 35% or even 50% but at the NY 70% rule now being checked at inspection it basically is eliminating tint unless you find an inspection shop who will turn a blind eye.
