Financing looks like 2.99% Annual Percentage Rate Offer. $1,000 Purchase Credit also available.
From BMWA website: Sales of BMW brand vehicles decreased 7.4 percent in April....Year-to-date, BMW brand is down 9.4 percent. I would add that Nov. 2015 stock traded north of 100, today its 75.....

You can probably bet that F82 demand has been healthy, inventory's are skinny, downward pressure on production from GTS, consumer confidence good....etc. Obviously management doesn't feel the need to further "incentivize" buyers....LIKE MYSELF WHO ARE IN MIDDLE OF TRYING TO BUY A FRIGIN CAR.

May wait for 2017's now...not sure

Whats the agreed sale price? For those numbers seems like its around $68k? Whats the MF? What's included in the Drive Off? Why a down payment instead of MSDs?

Not sure what your build is, which would be needed to figure out invoice.

Your monthly is a little higher than what mine is with the same residual, but my MSRP was $84k.

MSRP: $70445
Sale price is $67445
Money factor 0.00138

He put 10k instead of 12k miles, for 12k payment is $889 after tax.

They wanted 7 MSD that's why I don't want to do MSD. I wanted to do 2-3 but they won't let me.

Sale price is nothing special, but better than nothing. But base MF is good, and the math on the payment works out. If they have an allocation now and you need a 2016 you might as well take it.

You can do as many or few MSDs as you wish. There's no set requirement to do the maximum. I'd push the issue.

Also, you're in the wrong thread by the way...

You can do maximum of 7 MSD's. Number of MSD's will vary your Money Factor. So dealer should let you do 2-3 MSD's..

First post here and can't wait to get into a F82 in the next couple months. I'm being offered this and would love to get some feedback from some of you gurus on here.

2016 M4
MSRP: 74,545
Base MF
1K over invoice
36/12k
Taxes and Fees up front plus first month: $4622.43
Monthly: $856.56

This seems like a decent deal to me. Is this a good deal or shall I keep searching?

Pretty good. I will add unless you order now and get a June production date you won't be getting into a MY2016, unless buying off a dealer lot. 2017s should carry a slightly higher price and a reduced residual so your monthly will go up.

First post

Here's what I've gotten so far on a 2016 M3:

36 months, 12K/year
MSRP: $70,095
Selling price: $67,700
Total down: $9,735 (including max MSD of $5,950 plus $3,785 which includes first month and all fees)
Tax in payment is $849.99

This is for a '16 slot. They have an allocation for a late June build. Probably one of the last.

I'm in FL mind you, so this is a tough market.

Thoughts?

Nice! Such a great color combo and what looks like a good deal. Are you in a state where you pay taxes up front? Looks like it.

Thanks man, I can't wait. I am in NY. Dealer is telling me 6-8 weeks which sounds a bit quick to me. This is gonna be the longest ~2 months of my life!

I don't really know much about how FL differs but that seems like a bit high giving you're putting all that money down. What kind of fees add up to that $3785?

Unfortunately, in Florida, dealer fees are out of control. My local dealer has a pre-delivery service fee of $599 amongst other fees.

The $3,785 includes first month's payment, all taxes and fees (including dealer) plus putting down money on the actual lease in addition to the MSD.

I know your market is bad. There is a car to be had, about 83k msrp for about the same monthly from my dealer(my older order, didn't have full leather so I cancelled). PM me for info.

Can anyone suggest a BMW M4 dealer that would give me an awesome deal? I'm really looking for a base Sakhir Orange with upgraded wheels and manual transmission. Thanks!
