Well my favorite aspect of it is the cooling BUT these cars don't really have cooling issues. I use it on my R53 Mini Cooper S but those cars have cooling problems so it helps. FWIW, I use a Devils Own kit on my Mini because they make the best nozzles IMO.

A heat exchanger upgrade on the F8X can give cooling benefits if that's what you're going for. With proper tuning you can run more timing to increase power. Obviously, if you run out of juice while the car is tuned for meth it can hurt the motor. Meth is also highly flammable.
