day lights not working

Hi my day lights stoped working on the drivers side
.
2014 m4

I've done a bit of research but can't seem to figure out of these halo rings are illuminated by the headlight bulb or is there is some other way they are illuminated.

Does any one know which part I need to order to try and fix this to save booking in to a garage.

Regards
